Dear all

An interesting case indeed, which high-lights among other things,
flaws in our system of civil justice. I think an award of exemplary
damages and indeed aggravated damages would have been justified.
Indeed, this case is an apt example of the class of cases in which
such damages are an appropriate response to an outrageous breach of
contract.
